Defend Yourself!

Learn verbal and physical boundary setting skills to stay safe. This class will provide tools for you to use in the real world. (You don’t need to be an athlete to learn self-defense! WAVE is for all skills, abilities, sizes and body types.) Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.

Workshop will be facilitated by Maggie Szeder from Women in Transition.

Weaving 101

Weaving can inspire focus and peace of mind. Participants will learn the basics of weaving and create their own woven textile. Weaving instructor Kathryn Pannepacker will set up her loom in the quiet room starting at 3 p.m. for a weaving demonstration.
