Learn verbal and physical boundary setting skills to stay safe. This class will provide tools for you to use in the real world. (You don’t need to be an athlete to learn self-defense! WAVE is for all skills, abilities, sizes and body types.) Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.

Workshop will be facilitated by Maggie Szeder from Women in Transition.
