Apps for Managing Your Nutrition

Learn how to find and prepare healthy foods as well as how you can manage what you eat with an app on your phone. After an overview on nutrition from FIGHT Dietitian Marlee Finkelstein, participants will learn about apps and download a nutrition app to help them track their eating habits. To participate in this workshop, you must have a smart phone.
