Samaritan Healthcare and Hospice

Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice serves people living in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Mercer counties who are coping with the stresses of aging, serious illness, and/or grief. Samaritan is a regional leader for hospice and palliative (comfort) care, grief support and counseling, end-of-life education, research and advocacy. In addition, Samaritan offers healthcare services including a non-hospice palliative medicine practice and SeniorWise Care Management, a fee-for-service geriatric care management practice.
