When your kitchen is also your office – when your whole life happens at home – it can be hard to resist that pantry full of snacks. If you’ve struggled to keep up a healthy diet during Covid, attend this workshop with nutrition educator Alex Evenson. We will talk about healthy snacking habits as well as how to plan meals and grocery store trips to maximize your health and safety. To top it off, Alex will give a cooking demonstration on how to make fresh produce last longer!
You will receive the Zoom link for this workshop once you register to attend.
