If you’ve struggled to keep up a healthy diet during Covid, attend this workshop with nutrition educator Alex Evenson. We will talk about healthy snacking habits as well as how to plan meals and grocery store trips to maximize your health and safety. To top it off, Alex will give a cooking demonstration on how to make fresh produce last longer! You will receive the Zoom link for this workshop once you register to attend. About the Speaker Alex Evenson, a nutrition educator, has taught nutrition and cooking to children, adults and seniors with Vetri Community Partnership, Health Promotion Council and Farm to Families for the past four years.
