COVID-19 and the national conversation around racial injustice has left many of us feeling stressed and at sea. Led by Sharell Wilson of Fruits of the Family Table, this online workshop will help you gain greater insight into how your mind and body respond to stress. Sharell will also introduce a variety of stress management techniques and will challenge you to respond to your stress in healthier ways.
