We have lost so much throughout this pandemic: our daily routines, our connections to others – even our loved ones. Feeling stressed by Covid-19 is normal, but there are techniques you can use to respond to this stress in healthier ways. Led by Sharell Wilson of Fruits of the Family Table, this online workshop will help you work through your grief – whether it is large or small – and show you ways to be kinder to yourself during this difficult time.
This is a part 2 to our earlier workshop on Coping During Covid, but you do not need to have attended the first session to benefit from this one.
